Working Principal of Nitrogen Gas Generator- DX Model
As working Principal of Nitrogen gas Generator – Dx Model, as first step Nitrogen Purity to be achieved 99.5% by Standard PSA nitrogen Gas Generator, This Nitrogen having Purity of 99.5% to be passed through De- Oxo Unit and Gas Dryer.
Now to remove the 0.5% of Oxygen combustion reaction is required, for this reaction Hydrogen is being fed in De-oxo Unit which is filled with palladium catalyst and Following Chemical Reaction takes place and heat being generated.
N2 + o2 +2h2 = n2 + 2h2o + energy
After this reaction Nitrogen achieved by 99.9998% say 2PPm but as you see in reaction some of water moisture is generated as 2h2o to remove this moisture and Achieved desired Dew point Gas is passed through Gas Dryer
